Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy – Effective Date: 1 July 2025
Applies to: All users, partners, and affiliates of 10Dollar Fun

1. Purpose

3. Policy Statement
– 10Dollar Fun strictly prohibits the use of its services for money laundering or any activity that facilitates criminal conduct.
– We reserve the right to monitor, investigate, and report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.

4. Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
– We may collect and verify user information, including name, email, payment method, and IP address.
– Enhanced due diligence may be applied to high-risk users or transactions.

5. Monitoring & Reporting
– Transactions are monitored for unusual patterns, including rapid transfers, multiple accounts, or inconsistent usage.
– Any suspicious activity will be documented and may be reported to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) or other relevant authorities.

6. Recordkeeping
– Transaction and user data will be retained for a minimum of five (5) years, in accordance with regulatory requirements.

7. Training & Awareness
– All team members involved in payment processing or user verification will receive AML awareness training.

8. Third-Party Services
– We are not responsible for AML compliance of third-party services integrated into our platform, but we strive to work only with reputable providers.
